DEEP OSCILLATION®

PhysioPod® Pro

DEEP OSCILLATION® with the PhysioPod® Pro

Unlike other forms of electrotherapy, (e.g. therapeutic ultrasound, which heats the tissue up), the therapy of DEEP OSCILLATION® the electrostatic field works through all the tissue layers (skin, connective tissue, subcutaneous fat, muscles, blood and lymph vessels) and can even be used over joint replacement and plates and screws as it doesn’t heat the area worked.

DEEP OSCILLATION® leads to better flexibility and mobilisation between tissues improving the flow of nutrients in and waste products and swelling out.
The client holds a small metal bar, and the therapist uses an applicator or gloves for the treatment. During the treatment the client will experience some gentle relaxing vibrations.

DEEP OSCILLATION® is a non-invasive, non-traumatic treatment which is very well received by patients. Because of it’s gentle application it is a unique treatment for acute and chronic injury, and day one post-operative. Clinically proven effects include: significant pain reduction, anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, detoxification, oedema reduction, haematoma reduction and support of the wound healing process. Unlike other treatments, Deep Oscillation can be applied over metal pins and plates, breast implants and prosthesis.
